Clyngwyn is set between the two villages of Ystrafellte and Pontneddfechan just 2.5 miles away offering four country pubs and community centres. The waterfalls of Clyngwyn are literally on your doorstep. Sgwd Clun Gwyn waterfall, the first of the falls on the Afon Mellte is just a short 5-minute walk. The town of Glynneath 4.5 miles away has two primary schools, shops and pubs. 2 miles away is an 18 hole golf course. Penderyn, with its whiskey distillery, is just 3.5 miles walk via the waterfalls or 10 minutes’ drive. Pen y Fan just a 15-minute drive.

The railway station at Neath is 12 miles away with a journey time to London in just 3 hours.

By car the city of Swansea is 35 minutes away, Cardiff 45 minutes, and a 40- minute drive from the M4. Bristol international Airport 1 hour 45 mins away. The stunning Gower beaches are 40 minutes.

Brecon is located just 20 miles away and is the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
