A delightful family home in a delightful position! 4 The Sidings is a modern family home, constructed in 2017 and having the benefit of an NHBC warranty the remains in place until 2027.

Approached from a road which leads to a couple more houses and the halt train station, the property has the benefit of parking for up to three vehicles on a tarmacadam driveway. A canopy porch protects the front door from the elements, and this leads into the entrance hallway, with understairs storage cupboard, and downstairs WC with wash hand basin. A door from here leads into the 4.53 x 4.20m kitchen/dining room with integral appliances such as dishwasher, large fridge freezer, cooker and hob, and space saving cupboards installed to fully maximise the space. There is ample space for food preparation, cooking and dining. A door from here leads through to the lovely reception room, measuring 4.63 x 4.19m, and enjoying double opening doors to the rear garden, and a door back to the entrance hallway. The useful utility room is accessed from the entrance hallway, measures 3.35 x 2.25m and has space and plumbing for a washing machine, and a further door to the rear garden.

The first floor has three double sized bedrooms, the master bedroom in particular has maximum measurements of 5.33 x 4.54m, striking views to the front, and a lovely en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is utilised by the current owners as a home office, and we have been advised that the property benefits from superfast broadband - perfect for the modern family and working from home if required. The family bathroom is also accessed from the landing, and features a modern suite of slipper bath, low flush WC and pedestal wash hand basin.

Externally, the property enjoys the aforementioned parking area to the front, and to the rear, which can be accessed from the side or through the reception or utility room, is a lovely, south facing, landscaped rear garden. Immediately outside the property is a veranda which stretches the full width of the property, over a paved seating area which is perfect for relaxing and BBQs. Three paved steps lead from here to the remainder of the garden, which is laid mainly to lawn, enjoying a summer house/garden shed, and viewing windows in the fence to watch the trains pass by.
