Locally, we maximise visibility with prominent office window displays, features in publications like the Abergavenny Focus and our own stylish e-magazine. On top of this, our active social media pages ensure your property is seen by engaged local buyers and those relocating to the area.

We are a proud member of The Guild of Property Professionals. This means we are the only trading standards approved agent in the area and we adhere to the highest professional standards. We will carry out the viewings at your home- Don’t underestimate the importance of successful viewing conduct. This in itself is an art.

When we receive an offer we will negotiate on your behalf in order to achieve the best possible price. Once a sale has been agreed we send out a memorandum of sale to all parties and their solicitors.

12. Solicitors

The sale process is now with solicitors who will undertake the legal side of things. However our job is not finished here. We will ensure we progress the sale to completion as quickly and as smoothly as we can. We will be there for you every step of the way, answering any questions and keeping you up to date.

13. Exchange (you're nearly there)

Once solicitors have completed the necessary paperwork, dealt with enquiries and received the monies, they will be ready to exchange contracts.
