Are you a confident communicator with a passion for property? Do you enjoy working with people and want to build a career in estate agency? James Dean is looking for a motivated Property Negotiator to join our busy Brecon office.

Since 2007, we’ve built a strong reputation based on trust, local knowledge, and genuine care for our clients. With offices in Brecon, Builth Wells, Abergavenny and Ross-on-Wye, we continue to grow and we’d love you to grow with us.
The Role
As a Negotiator, you’ll be involved in all aspects of estate agency including:

Conducting viewings for both sales and lettings

Negotiating offers and helping progress sales

Preparing property marketing materials
-
Handling enquiries, feedback and client updates

Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants

Supporting the lettings team with inspections, inventories and checkouts
-
General office administration and sales prospecting
It’s a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional and confident with people

Passionate about property and willing to learn

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

Honest, reliable and great at communication

Experienced in sales or customer service
-
Full UK driving licence preferred (estate agency experience is a bonus)
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Competitive salary (£20,000 – £30,000 depending on experience)

Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm + every other Saturday 9am-1:00pm
